Reservations/bookings
If you want to do a reservation for one of the arrangements, you can fill in the booking form of send a mail. We will let you know very soon if the date is available. We send you a booking form that you have to fill in completely and send back to us. The booking is definite when we have received you form and when you paid € 200 per person in advance. After a few days you receive a confirmation that the booking is completed. The rest of the amount has to be paid (by bank) 6 weeks before your arrival.
When you arrive within 6 weeks of booking, you have to pay the whole amount in once (by bank).
Cancelling
The cancelling costs are 35% of the arrangement price if you
cancel till 8 weeks before arrival.
The cancelling costs are 60% of the arrangement price if you
cancel between 8 and 4 weeks before arrival.
The cancelling costs are 80% of the arrangement price if you
cancel between 4 weeks and the arrival.
The first payment will not be paid back.

* It is advised the wear a safety helmet. Of course you ride

* It is practical to have chaps and/or a waxcoat with you so that you are prepared on all weather conditions.
* We have a lot of saddle bags that you can use for taking your self made picknick with you on your horse. We will eat it somewhere on a nice place during the day trail.
* We will take care of bed clothes. You have to take care of hand and bath towels and personal toiletries.
* If you want drive with other guests (as guest or as chauffeur), you can call up for that in our guestbook. You arrange the compensations for the fuel and boat or bridge costs together.
* All our arrangements are excluding transport.
* The program is just a basic program. We can change it depending on the weather or something else. Also with insufficient and irresponsible riding experience we can decide to change the program. Please give truthful information about your length, weight and current riding experience at the booking form. This will avoid unnecessary problems.
* We have small types of horses (1.40-1.60 height) that are very suitable for climbing in the mountains. You will be surprised of there condition, power and abilities. They are not dressage horses. They need a long rein to see where they are walking on the rough area.
* Because we don't want to ask too much of the horses (they already ride 5-6 days a week 4-5 hours a day heavy trails, mountain up and down) we allow a maximum weight of the rider of 90kg.
* To loan or hire on the ranch: games, books/magazines, tennis rackets, canoes, bicycles, fishing equipment, baby bed, children seat. We also have a shop at the saloon where you can buy souvenirs, presents, jewellery, western stuff and western equipment.
